PJSC «Belokamensky Refractories" – is Ukrainian biggest aluminium silicate refractory materials manufacturer. Aluminium silicate refractory materials are produced from technical alumina (Al2O3) and silica (SiO2) by semi-dry (moistened to 6-9%) powder ramming using the hydraulic press with further firing during 1250-1450° C temperature (if high alumina content – to 1750° C) in continuous tunnel oven.

Semi-acid (up to 28% of Al2O3, 65-85% SiO2)

Corundum (from 90 to 98% of Al2O3)

Different types and dimensions of production: Simple shaped bricks, plates, pipes, small and big goods of irregular shape, according to customer's drawings, etc. Physical and chemical properties of aluminum silicate materials are of various types and listed below and depend of the types of used material and processing.
